House of XM is a women-owned experiential marketing agency creating immersive brand activations for clients like McDonald's, Sony PlayStation, and Heineken. Previously operating as Prime Marketing, they needed a new digital home to match a full rebrand and support their push into the US market.

The Problem

A rebrand with no site to match - and legacy issues to solve along the way.

    The previous Prime Marketing site was underperforming - slow load times and poor UX undermined a premium client roster.

    Transitioning from Prime Marketing to House of XM meant a new domain, new brand, and new design - without losing the search equity they'd built.

    The new site needed to support growth beyond Canada, with positioning and structure ready for a North American audience.

What We Did

Theory Digital partnered with House of XM to build a completely new site from the ground up - a full design and development build on Shopify, timed to a rebrand launch and funded through a government grant. The goal: a fast, bold site that reflected the energy of the brand and set up their US expansion.
